Reservations· All spa services and packages require a credit card or gift
certificate number to guarantee your appointment.
· We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. All prices are
subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
· Spa packages and wedding services require a minimum of 72 hours
notice to avoid a 100% re-scheduling or cancellation fee.
· Cancellations without 24-hour notice and no show appointments are
charged at full value
Additional Salon and Spa Information
· Arriving late for your scheduled service will deprive you of our
complimentary services and/or valuable treatment time. We regret that we
cannot infringe on our next clients service time. The full value of the
service will apply.
· Returns or exchanges are accepted when accompanied by a receipt.
· Gift certificates can be used toward any service, product, or spa
package offered in the spa; they are not redeemable for cash. Lost,
misplaced or stolen Certificates are not refundable, replaceable nor valid.
· Gratuities are never expected, but greatly appreciated. It is
customary to leave a 15% to 20% gratuity.
· Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the salon/spa guest.
· As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you turn off your
cell phones. Cell phones are not permitted in the spa.
