I wanted to write and thank you for such a wonderful time my husband and I had this passed Tuesday for our couples massage. I work in the business and have been to many spas in the United States and around the world.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The robes were so soft and comfortable, and loved our pre-massage escape with the warm foot bath, herbal neck wrap, beverages, and aroma journey. The massage room was very comfortable with the dim lighting, heated beds and the ultra-soft comforter. We thoroughly enjoyed the full communication and skilled hands of our therapists.

Not only was the atmosphere spectacular, but everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home and very relaxed. And when we were done, we were encouraged to sit and relax some more! Of course we gladly accepted the offer.

I know sometimes going out of your way and providing exceptional customer service seems to go under appreciated or unnoticed. Please know that it's very much appreciated, and we would love to come visit you again when in the area.

My daughter was married August 9th and the bride, bridesmaids and mothers had their hair and makeup done at Jack Arra’s. We all loved our hair and makeup! My daughter got married at 6:00 p.m. and was worried about her hair holding up all day, since we had to be at the salon at 10:00 a.m. She has long hair that is thick and heavy, and she was concerned about it falling out. But I have to saw that everyone's hair and makeup looked as good at midnight as it did when we left the salon. My wife and I wanted to thank you for such a great visit on Saturday (10/13/07). It made our weekend getaway that much more special, as we were up from Columbus. We have received massages for the past 6 years on the average of 1 a month, and we both agreed that this was one of our best experiences. The massages by Julie and Candice were AWESOME, we both agreed we wished they lived in Columbus. They did a great job in their technique and pressure that neither of could come up with one complaint…well other than it ended! We loved the special treatment of the foot bath and neck warmer once entering the spa, this just set the tone. Every aspect of the visit was great and everyone was extremely professional. "Upon arriving at the spa/salon, I was greeted very warmly and personally by
one of the owners who was helpful in taking my umbrella. I was introduced to

the young lady who was going to give me my massage. She was very pleasant,

caring and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable, offered me a flavored

glass of water and asked me to choose from a variety of oils for my massage.

While having a warm foot bath, I filled out a form to benefit me and let
the attendant get to know me. I found my surroundings very clean, cheerful
and relaxed. After changing into a comfy robe and slippers and
storing my belongings in a locked locker, I began my wonderful experience.
The time went by quickly and I felt great. A cup of herbal tea awaited me as
I stepped out of the dressing room; perfect on a rainy day.

I ended my day by having my hair cut and styled by a very pleasant young
lady. Again very professional, clean surroundings, friendly atmosphere.
Prior to this visit, I had a pleasant make-up experience by the same stylist
who did my hair. Job well done. Would I go back? Most definitely."
